Concentration: Daniel, a partner in the firm, represents clients and litigates matters in the areas of medical malpractice and products liability.

Experience: Daniel has been a course planner and speaker for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on topics including failure to diagnose cancer cases, the MCARE Fund, deposition strategies and litigation skills. He handles pro bono cases for Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, and the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

Education: Daniel is a graduate of Penn State University and Temple University School of Law. He is a recipient of the Lion's Award for distinguished service as President of the Beta Sigma Beta Alumni Association, a fraternal organization with over one thousand active members.

Membership: Daniel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.
